Day 4 - The Pitch and The Rains Begin

When we checked in, unknown to us we were sat down with a representative from El Cid which is the company that owns this resort and is part of an international group.  We thought it was just a friendly concierge but they asked us to attend a presentation to learn about the time share and then we got a bunch of discounts.

We all know about these sales pitches but Jen and I signed up anyone as it was giving us a number of good savings for excursions.  That is where the good part ended.  After 5.5 hours of a sales pitch that got pretty aggressive we headed back to our room and go for a swim but a major storm began to set into the area.

So the day became a bit of a rest day from the sun which every vacation needs.

Our dining reservations were a bit late at the Italian restaurant that evening starting at 830pm.  We enjoyed a dinner....well most of us.....and we then went to Dolores for an evening snack.  I believe Jake ordered another casedilla.  LOL   They know him by heart now!

Wiped out, we headed to bed a bit early.  Even though we didn't spendalot of time in the sun today these days simply wear you out!!!
